What we build
Habitat of Durham is committed to building simple, decent and affordable homes that are sustainable and energy efficient. We believe everyone deserves a safe place to call home.
Our four-bedroom homes offer approximately 1,200 square feet of living space, while our three-bedroom homes have approximately 1,100 square feet of living space. All Habitat homes in Durham feature energy-efficient construction and include large covered front porches, central heating and air conditioning as well as all major appliances, including refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer.
